Terrible service, very vigilant at the start when we were interested in a quote followed by a catalogue of errors including a two week initial fitting, a mechanical problem so a broken stairlift blocking up the staircase!! First contacted them November, STILL waiting for someone to contact me after having spoken to five different people, all of them promising to quickly respond!!!! Go with an alternative!!!

The provider/installer was taken very ill, then was blocked by bad weather. He did his best to get to us as soon as he could. When he came he was very thorough and quick and helped me learn about how to work it.

Very disappointed with the frequent slowing and speeding up of the progress of the chair. Better placing of the docking point would have eliminated at least one of these variations. Did not experience these variations in speed when I 'tried out' a neighbours Stannah lift. Also the docking point could have been placed lower down where the stairs were wider, thus allowing easier passing of the parked chair by non users of the lift.

From start to finish a thoroughly efficient and helpful service.
