super helpful. expensive, but they all are. we've had two callouts to change our charging points, both were free of charge. great customer service. lift is quiet and (relatively) unobtrusive.
We are pleased that we didn't go for a more expensive option as this does what it needs to do and is simple to use.
Other firms may suggest you need all sorts of extras like specially measured seats and so on but unless you're going to get many years service out of it none of this is necessary.
