Experienced 5* service across the board but never went ahead as my father sadly passed away before it was installed
best thing we did for dennis.he is up and down like a yo-yo,great as no downstairs bathroom.i recommend essex stairlifts as a local family firm who installed lift without any fuss or bull.we had quotes from ableworld and stannah but its not about money its them.ableworld made such a meal of things as if it was rocket science,i had to send him packing and stannah seemed to think she was settling in for the day,dont have time for these kind of people

way too many terms and conditions. makes it difficult to decide length of care and costs of contract terminations, together with periods you get a carer for. thats why ive downrated their vakue for money,
