Though I was advised there would be a box sitting in a spot that would be on display, I was NOT told big ugly pipes would be visible on the side of this "good looking" box. I was not told that a pipe would need to be laid from the access point (where the box is) to the kitchen.... this was mot actually done! Pre sales the efficiency and professional as was the fitting. The engineer could not have been more easy to communicate with, in spite of the long fitting he remained positive and professional. 100% satisfied.

Track a little ugly and bends not that tight. Our model has a toggle that isn't that clever.. an elderly person getting on the chair gripping for a hand hold will find the toggle a nuisance. Company changed this to other side which was better for us. Service impeccable though.

Never got a single response from using your service apart from a continuous request for survey answers to any companies responding to my request for service . I suggest you review your service and find out why nobody ever contacts those that seek info from suppliers using your services - that provide nothing
