I don't have a chairlift

Avoid wasting your time with this agency. Let us down 2 hours before the start of the contract. They left us with no care. They train carers online. Very unprofessional. They had plenty of notice to have two carers in place, but failed to arrive on the date agreed. Thankfully we have found my own carers now and couldn't be happier.

Very fast and helpful service. If something is not quite right, they are also very helpful at rectifying it very quickly with the minimum of fuss.

Helping Hands have dealt with my complaint, but we were left without care for 24 hours on the day we found out my mum was end of life. Communication was poor. Also after my mum passed we never heard from them apart from a bill. The complaint appeared to be sorted but have not had a revised bill only a statement with old amount. Having said that Esther the carer was fantastic. Its just the offices that let us down

I would recommend this installer to anyone. It's a father and son and very reliable. Nice people and reasonable.

Everything explained in plain talk

Both salesman and fitter were very knowledgeable and helpful I was contacted by Àcorn on the same day as I requested a brochure. They salesman came on the Monday and it was fitted on Tuesday. Granted it was a simple straight rail that we wanted but even so the expertise and friendliness was second to none

Excellent company glad we chose them now from start to finish they were excellent if you choose a stair lift from them you will have made a wonderful purchase

An excellent product however, and this applies to all manufacturers of chair lifts, I think they are overly expensive. Many people who would actually benefit from having one will find difficulty in meeting the costs.
