Speed of manufacture and installation was amazing - none of the other quotes we received came close. The installation technician was excellent, hard working and efficient. The unit was definitely at the pricey end of the market. Disappointed that no reliability data would be made available to me to help assess the need for the aftercare package (offered a few times!)
Ordered at noon on Friday and installed by noon on Monday.
We rented our stair lift. Which we think makes sense as you don't know how long it is going to be used. As it's rented we don't have to worry about maintaining it.

The customer needs to haggle and ask for price comparisons. I was able to halve the original quotations.
