I was told by the sales person during the first visit that the main water connection was in the utility room and that it would be an easy installation. When the plumber came, he had difficulty in finding the main supply and the main stopcock to the house. After finding the stopcock, it was felt that it would be difficult to install it without drilling through a newly refurbished walls and cupboards. Even had to lift the newly fitted carpet to see if the pipes can run between the floors but that
