My father bought a recommissioned stairlift for half the price of a brand new one.
They fitted it 2 days after he phoned and it took less than 3 hours.
The rails were only slightly scuffed in just one part - just near the turn of the stairs.
He was nervous using it the first time but realised how easy it was to operate - just press the button. He was up & down the stairs so confidently, it was fantastic for him to have the mobility.
Unfortunately my father passed away.

Cannot fault them, I bought a re con and the price was way more reasonable than others, everyone involved was great from sales to installation
