Extremely nice staff. Fast install
I have had this lift for nearly 7 years and been entrapped or stuck on the wrong floor over 20 times. The lift, an Orion Hydraulic lift, has been maintained by subcontractors who are employed or recommended by TK Encasa and called Lift Engineers although, frequently they hold no formal qualifications.
The lift has been out of action since December so I am unable to access two-thirds of my house and I have either been told to remove it on safety grounds because it has been so poorly fitted or t
Very satisfied.
I'm very pleased with my Stannah stairlift. It's very slim when folded up and parked halfway upstairs (on trickle charge). There is no trip hazard at bottom of stairs from the rail as it automatically folds up out of the way when not in use.

Unfortunately my staircase was not wide enough for a stairlift but the service offered was fast and helpful
Although early days as we have had a live in carer to look after my mother for only one month. This is possibly a long term need and we are all very happy with the care provided. We were anxious about having another person in our home but it has worked out very well with the development of good relationships.
