Very satisfied.

I'm very pleased with my Stannah stairlift. It's very slim when folded up and parked halfway upstairs (on trickle charge). There is no trip hazard at bottom of stairs from the rail as it automatically folds up out of the way when not in use.

Unfortunately my staircase was not wide enough for a stairlift but the service offered was fast and helpful

Although early days as we have had a live in carer to look after my mother for only one month. This is possibly a long term need and we are all very happy with the care provided. We were anxious about having another person in our home but it has worked out very well with the development of good relationships.

Because the person I care for was partly mobile I was told he didn't need live in care, what about the carers? it's a hard job. Maybe they need help so I found it unhelpful and a bit insensitive that he said that. Young carers should get more care and shouldn't be charged their life savings to recieve the tiniest but of help. It's rediculous. I wasn't please with the prices or service at all extortionate prices insensitive advice.

Acorn stairlifts exceeded all my expectations, they were friendly, helpful, the rep came the same day I called & the stairlift was fitted 2 days later. The fitter was friendly, experienced & tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Acorn, excellent in everything ??????????
