We moved to another Agency not on your list, Able Care. During the first month of service they have operated professionally and appear to appoint Carers only after face to face interviews. Too soon to give them a reliable rating.

The stairlift is rented for 6 months...then I have the option to buy or extend the rental. The rail is mounted on the stair rather than on the wall...a bit like a cog railway...so there shouldn't be too much redecoration required when it is removed. Seems to work well enough...quite slow. Very cleverly the seat swivels at the top so that the user us safe getting off on the landing.
