Bought by 95 year old lady. Did not want reconditioned, so paid £2000. She was not offered option of short/long term rental as advised on website. Used for 5 days before being hospitalised and subsequently passed away 10 days later. They offered £100 to buy back! They sell reconditioned ones!

I was informed that I would receive 5 quotes but I only received 2 of which only one responded positively. However, following a visit and discussion I opted for this one.
Speed could be increased by 30 -50%.
All stair lifts should have retrogressive re-charging of batteries as they descend.
Seat should be upholstered.
Why is there a few seconds delay before the motor starts?
Installation quickly arranged and even a tricky 180 bend staircase was no problem.
Has been an excellent investment given me an independence that I didn’t previously have. The handicare installer was very good and informative. Would highly recommend the company.
