Great service from start to finish, good communication, fitter was great and installed quickly with no mess. Stair lift has made life so much easier for me and my arthritic knees. Would definitely recommend them and Stanah Stair lift.
At present had no cause for call put therefor unable to give a true mark for "service". Regards speed to meet installation requirements was excellent
Hard to get reply in first instance but once on board the service was good.
The stairlift is requiring a repair as it grunts and groans over a poorly made joint. An engineer has been but was unable to fix it and so the engineer who fitted it is coming back next week but it is thought that a replacement may be required. Otherwise, we were pleased with it.
My installer was Mr Sukh, I recommend this gentleman for his professional qualities, he was polite, and took his time to explain to us how this system work. since the installation I came across a minor problem at no time he came to solve this minor issue. i have no hesitation to recommend this company to my friends.
