Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Their customer service was appalling and they appear to want to make money at the expense of others. A letter of complaint did not receive a reply. Eventually after nearly two months an invoice was sent reducing the price of the stair lift .No apology or expression of regret. The friction stair lift does work well but dealing with this company when things go wrong is challenging
