Cannot fault the service. Fitted within 24hrs of first contact and no serious problems
The company completely misrepresented their product and frankly their salesman Rudy was a blatant lying sack of crap. I have told 7 people in my complex to steer away from Stannah . their sales practices and lies are horrendous, besides their product is ugly!!!

Delivery was very poor. Chair was delivered in 2 huge boxes. The delivery men refused to bring them in the house leaving my 85 year old dad to struggle them in. He walks with a stick and is very unsure on his legs. I struggled later with them and then assembling the chair. I was furious and only glad they were not there to see me venting later. Installation prompt, efficient and excellent
Having rollers on the chair legs defeated the objective when chair rose and the occupant tried to stand up the chair shot backwards from underneath them . Very dangerous.
