slight difficulty in locating release stop for the safety belt but otherwise relatively easy for someone with dementia
The installer was very pleasant and took the time to completely explain the installation and operation of the unit. The salesman Buck was also very through and complete in his explanation of the unit and its functions. The only negative comment would be that after the installer had left I noticed a couple of piles of metal cuttings that were left in my driveway and should have been cleaned up before leaving the site.

Very happy with the process and installation.
Alan the salesman went through everything then totally surprised me by bringing a single bed version to show what it would be like. At the end of our discussion I didn't want him to take the bed away it was so comfy.
I had only made an enquiry to give me an idea of what I will need in the future. I had told the person on the phone that I would not be ordering a bed. I also told Alan right away there would be no sale but he wanted to continue anyway.
