I needed a stairlift for my elderly mum who’d just come out of hospital the whole process from the first contact to fitting was really good service, I’d certainly recommend this company
Much to expensive and looking like your granny’s chairs good enough for helping one up out of the chair.
The only problem I had was the extended warranty and cost was not explained at the point of sale. You get a phone call a few weeks after the lift is fitted. For a piece of equipment that is sold as almost faultless I think the extended warranty is a bit expensive. All that said I am very pleased with my Acorn stairlift, 5*****
