Too expensive for what it is. I guess too much spent on marketing than added value
The customer service/sales person knew her product very well and gave a professional presentation. Other firms sent installers. Installation of lift took approximately 2 hours with no problems.
If you want to meet high pressure sales people with inflated prices. For what’s basically a mechano kit of parts. Riser recliner companies are the new double glazing companies. None have met my requirements to date!

The company was great unlike the delivery company which mucked me about delivering a wrong colour chair then had to replace it with right colour but it took many days and many phone calls. days I spent sitting waiting
For them to deliver then to pick up wrong chair it was a nightmare terrible I think my illness is worse due to the stress of it all , stress that I'm suppose to avoid because it can make me worse
Excellent service from Handicare with no problems had a bit of bother with cover at first but realise stair lift a hard problem getting better as time goes no pressure to buy unlike another highly praised provider
