The company was great unlike the delivery company which mucked me about delivering a wrong colour chair then had to replace it with right colour but it took many days and many phone calls. days I spent sitting waiting For them to deliver then to pick up wrong chair it was a nightmare terrible I think my illness is worse due to the stress of it all , stress that I'm suppose to avoid because it can make me worse

Excellent service from Handicare with no problems had a bit of bother with cover at first but realise stair lift a hard problem getting better as time goes no pressure to buy unlike another highly praised provider

Stairlift very slow and keeps varying speed for no reason

Very expensive for what is basically 4 post’s and a plastic roof!!

The demo was good and the communication with sales rep. However, things seemed to stop after agreeing to go ahead. Someone rang me with the incorrect agreement and were due to phone me back but I am still waiting. Subsequently, I can’t comment on the rest
