Very good people to deal with, polite, friendly and no pressure sales.
All went well from beginning to end.......2 weeks.
I expected much smoother operation.
The track appears to be bumpy and the speed of the chair varies according to its position on the track.
The slowest areas are before and after the bend.....not on the bend.
Initial survey was incorrect. Delivery took 6 weeks- not the 2 we had been told to expect. Product looked horrible- like a sewage pipe running down the side of the stairs. Luckily due to the incorrect survey the instillation of the lift could not be completed and the whole thing had to be removed. We're now considering other options.
