Seem like they just want to sell you one product, way over engineered for what I needed and very expensive. Ended up buying a Water2Buy on Amazon and getting a local plumber to fit, worked out less than half the price that Harvey’s quoted.

HI From my first enquiry, I felt that Acorn wanted to help me and help my mum who is 95 years old. When the Sales rep came to see me, he went through my options, suggested what option he thought would benefit me, through out his visit he was very professional, friendly, and informative. He should me a video for a chair list that I could have installed and even suggested that maybe my Mum would also like to see the video. Sold. When the fitter arrived, he made sure I knew what I was getting

Still wating for call back its been over 4 months, still waiting, spoken to few agents they take details and tell someone will call you. Not happy with the service at all.

The fitter was instructed to eee-insert the screws in the wall. He asked me about this and I confrmed that wish for it to be done. It was never done.

Very supporting and proactive through he on boarding process, had a minor hiccup with one of the careers who was totally unsuitable but this was resolved and action taken. Very happy with level of service being provided both by the live in career and also the care support group behind the scenes.
