Acorn was the only company to respond so cannot make any comparison

Good range of fabric choices to suit all tastes. Very comfortable chair delivered within promised date. The delivery driver who brought my chairs was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Acorn's Salesman was excellent!!! He addressed all my questions on the spot and understood when I needed to have the lift installed. He called scheduling and made the appointment date and time. Got a call from Customer Service Scheduling Dept. a few days later and they wanted to know if I would my original installation date for 2 days earlier than my original date. I agreed thinking having it installed 2 days earlier would be fine. When the date came I had to call to find out when the installer

From original phone enquiry through to the fitting crew. Everyone was so friendly and extremely professional. I can honestly say it was a total pleasure in dealing with Stannah and would recommend them without shadow of a doubt.

For the money i paid I expected a better quality chair.

When I called company for status of my order I was hung up on. The office person who did this should be fired.
