First time having a water softener and what a change it has made. No more scale whatsoever, it’s amazing.
They lost it and still need it for my wife who has MS. Will not tell me when, or how they are looking for it.
Great company to deal with. Mother in law happy with stairlift. Only issue is the audible beep when the stairlift is in use. I understand it’s a safety feature but it would be good to be able to turn it off as we are now woken at 7am every day as she goes downstairs.

for people with dry skin a water softener is a must + the money you save on soap etc is well worth it pays for itself in no time

The company, surveyor, stairlift excellent. I had issues with the fitter or he with me but customer service sorted the problem and I don't think it will happen again.
