So really disappointed in service. Call out for fix. They told me machine over 10’years old. Correct. Service engineer once on premises then said policy was that they would not fix anything over ten years. So why send engineer??? Solution from them - buy new one. When i query why I have to pay fallout fee when policy is that they will not fix something more than ten years old - given that they told me it was more than ten years old. Finance department agree with me but not able to do anything

The chair is wobbly leans forward! Otherwise it's ok! Would like to have someone come out and do something to correct the chair

Non-existent communication, written and oral. Did complain and was told customer service would phone us back, still waiting. Happy with the bed, extremely unhappy with service.

Very pleased with service from acorn stairlift excellent

Although difficult installation, we were kept informed and all aspects of the fit were discussed. Remedial work was required to repair our wall after the installation was completed, and this was done quickly and neatly, removing any evidence of the the original installation.

Despite being told they were too expensive wouldn’t take no for an answer, had to get blunt with them
