Very Prompt installed quickly, explained everything very simply.

Initially there was a mix-up with the rail where a re-booking had to made. On the second appointment all work was completed to expectations

The stairlift has made a world of difference to me. Only one slight glitch, with the stairlift slightly sticking a couple of times, but this was resolved within 24 hours, by a lovely chap who came out to me following a phone call to Acorn

the foot platform is much too small. my feet hang off. I have knee problems so pulling my feet in closer is not comfortable at all

From contact came measured and installed in 8 days. Took 2-3 hours to fit with minimum disruption or mess. If you need a stair lift these are the people to go to.

The surveyor did not measure accurately resulting in the installation of a stairlift which was too wide. My father could not use the stairlift as his knees were scraping the opposite wall. We waited a week for it to be uninstalled. They had taken the handrails off the wall to install the stairlift and they would not refit them. It was a total mess .

I was kept waiting in a queue to speak with somebody about the installation for 8 minutes, and then the line went dead after speaking with somebody for 2 minutes. I tried several numbers, because the one that I had been given when the stair lift was ready, was the wrong one. All in all, I spent over an hour to get to speak with anybody
