Chair leather split all over,I had taken insurance out for 5 years so I put in claim for new chair,what a fuss and bother I went through,in the end I had to pay £230 to get new chair because prices had gone up difference from original chair to a new chair,old chair was only 3 years old,I would only give the new chair about 3 years old also,could not get insurance, company wouldn't do it again.as I am now 81 years old I think this chair will see me out,would NOT reccomend KH DIRECT an online shop
