It has been many months of non-stop calling back and forth. Got a quote to install but NO ONE came. It’s Aug 27 and am leaving the country and the simple job was not done. Unprofessional service
Found it very strange that the track has to come in 2 parts meaning a join. This means a rather uncomfortable bump when coming downstairs! Not too keen on the noise it makes before it starts.
Submitted form, email said care agencies will call me. Over a month now no one bothered. Found care agency myself elsewhere.
