I wa s told that fitting would take place on Monday 16th August.By Thursday the 12ththere was no word of when the stairlift components would be delivered or when an electrician would fit power for the charger. I telephoned then and again several times on Friday was promised a call with information which never came ,I also sent an email and repeated it on the Saturday. It has been many months of non-stop calling back and forth. Got a quote to install but NO ONE came. It’s Aug 27 and am leaving the country and the simple job was not done. Unprofessional service

Found it very strange that the track has to come in 2 parts meaning a join. This means a rather uncomfortable bump when coming downstairs! Not too keen on the noise it makes before it starts.

Submitted form, email said care agencies will call me. Over a month now no one bothered. Found care agency myself elsewhere.
