All stairlift companies rip you off with the high prices they charge to buy them, high costs to service them. When you no longer need them you have to pay them nearly £200 to have them removed so they can service them and sell them off again. Secondly you cannot sell them back to the company as they only want ones which are only a couple of years old. I would not recommend any one to buy a new stairlift as a second hand one serviced is just as good. Something needs to be done about this and

From initial call to completed installation we received a very professional and efficient service.

We engaged a carer to look after my husband who has Parkinson’s and for myself as I had just had surgery. He was quite helpful to my husband but did very little to help me and seemed more interested in watching football. We would certainly have a female carer in future.

I am still awaiting the fitting of my stairlift. I was told it would be fitted on the 22nd but had a phone call to say parts not ready in the morning. After numerous phone calls and promises the parts were delivered to my home Wednesday at 6.15am and left blocking my front door dangerous as I was unable leave the property. The fitters eventually arrived put up the rail, but the lift did not work. Many phone calls and emails later a fitter came, Friday and Saturday but the lift still did not work

I had a drinking water tap installed at same time & the difference in taste is amazing - no more bottled water for me. Less washing up liquid, less shampoo & conditioner - water is so soft now & lathers quickly. I thoroughly recommend this Company - their service was excellent from first to last.
