Book a date for fitting,never turned up never called no email or written apology nothing
A couple of little niggals which I would like altered but they say is ok, so we beg to differ. The fitting was done in a day.
No overflow on unit delivered. Had to goggle to obtain the water2buy customer services number as it is not on any of the instructions. I was then informed that the new softeners have no overflow. The instructions still give details on connecting the overflow. The app is hard to use at first, but it is brilliant that the regeneration cycle can be customized to suit the property occupancy and local water hardness.

My unit was previously owned but I have not had any problems and I am happy with it.

Everything was explained in plain language. Times, dates etc; were all adhered to.
