Assessor respectful and kind with very elderly disabled customer. Arrived in good time, was friendly and professional. Rang to check that all OK after delivery. Admin staff pleasant and helpful. Chair is fine.

it has made my husbands life so much easier. the advisor who came to measure up, the electrician and finally the fitter were all friendly, knowledgeable, and the work was done promptly and cleanly. we couldn't ask for more.

The experience reminds me of Double Glazing selling . Think of a price because they know you need it. I should have spent more time but our needs were urgent and we rushed the purchase.
I shall be contacting them about modification as it’s not quite what we require.
Also they couldn’t wait to sell a maintenance package which is more expensive than my Car servicing.It is only a chair on a rail with a motor.
No follow up regarding how are things which is poor from a company who appear to care.
Very fast fitting time after order placed. Only been fitted for a day so can't comment on how good it will perform.
