I had two companies visit and chose the second one because their product had more convenient controls and also it was a few hundred pounds cheaper.

Trying to contact customer services was so bad that we cancelled the appointment. We need to deal with a company who are easily contactable.

The lift was fitted within two days of requesting. It is unobtrusive and looks well. It is doing a wonderful job and made it possible for my husband to go upstairs to bed. Thank you.

Hi my name is Jane i contacted Newbury mobility to enquire about a stairlift that was two weeks ago & was fitted to day 14/9/21 they was very nice told me everything i needed to know when they measured the stairs & after fitting it to day they was very nice & polite very cheerful happy go lucky that makes it so much better there was no pressure at all they don,t make any irritating phone calls i am very happy with every thing from when they first came to see me about a stairlift to fitting it

Do not bother

Overall, I find their service and product are very good. They need to extend bit more guarantee on their product and labour, if they have to compete with others in the market.

So far so good Reconditioned model at an exceptionally reasonable price. Fitted within four days of confirmed order two months ago.. Makes my life so good,
