Selected left for control but ALL lifts are supplied right so installer strips and rebuilds. 40 minutes unnecessary work we all pay for. Terms and conditions for extended warranty do not exist only loose statements. Phone card payment by installer rejected by my bank. On/off arm light flashes all night and cannot be turned off.

I found response to telephone calls very bad. They never called back when said they would. I found that unacceptable and uncaring. I was promised a refund of £250 for getting in touch from internet and don’t know if I will receive this. No acknowledgement of deposit paid . Overall very bad customer service.. makes me wonder what response I will get if I ever need a call out when installed.. I will have to wait and see.

Happy and contented the only down side is demo . They need to flag on regarding drinking water it has to emphasise the importance of water filter which is vital to install together with the water softener machine .
Mum's carer was exactly what we would have hoped for. She identified a number of improvements to her care regime that we were happy to act on and they were successful. It is just a shame that mum had to be hospitalised and we no longer needed the service. We would contact them in a trice if we need them again.
