Waited almost 3weeks for Stairlift but very happy with service all round from fitter to customer service. A good quality stairlift. Originally had a quote with Acorn and when advised I was going with Kudos was contacted 3 times by Acorn, so glad didn’t go with them.

My bed arrived on time and was constructed in the bedroom excellent bed and very comfortable right height as requested

I do not like bespoke sales of recliner chairs where a sales rep calls. The cost of paying for a sales rep can add a great deal to the price.

Not explained that chair would be left in way at top of stairs instead of moving onto landing. Persistent in trying to get us to sign up for (expensive) extended guarantee.

This was the most comprehensive quote for user details and sample rails to explain my options. I was impressed with the the slim friction rail. I found it difficult to contact persons for details and did not return my calls. I believe their after sales support was cheaper. Would have chosen Age UK if office contact was better.

Selected left for control but ALL lifts are supplied right so installer strips and rebuilds. 40 minutes unnecessary work we all pay for. Terms and conditions for extended warranty do not exist only loose statements. Phone card payment by installer rejected by my bank. On/off arm light flashes all night and cannot be turned off. Only supplier to cover the rack gearing from debris. Excellent product well installed.

I found response to telephone calls very bad. They never called back when said they would. I found that unacceptable and uncaring. I was promised a refund of £250 for getting in touch from internet and don’t know if I will receive this. No acknowledgement of deposit paid . Overall very bad customer service.. makes me wonder what response I will get if I ever need a call out when installed.. I will have to wait and see.
