I was pleased because it was delivered on time and assembled by the company driver in my living room so as with someone with limited mobility it was a Godsend and find it does the job no problem
Waited almost 3weeks for Stairlift but very happy with service all round from fitter to customer service. A good quality stairlift. Originally had a quote with Acorn and when advised I was going with Kudos was contacted 3 times by Acorn, so glad didn’t go with them.
My bed arrived on time and was constructed in the bedroom excellent bed and very comfortable right height as requested
I do not like bespoke sales of recliner chairs where a sales rep calls. The cost of paying for a sales rep can add a great deal to the price.

Not explained that chair would be left in way at top of stairs instead of moving onto landing. Persistent in trying to get us to sign up for (expensive) extended guarantee.
This was the most comprehensive quote for user details and sample rails to explain my options. I was impressed with the the slim friction rail. I found it difficult to contact persons for details and did not return my calls. I believe their after sales support was cheaper.
Would have chosen Age UK if office contact was better.
