4 days with the new Arc from Harveys the installed pipework snapped and caused a flood in the kitchen. Harveys would not send an engineer out for at least 3 weeks potentially leaving us with no water in the house. After 2 weeks of absolutely appalling service and being pushed around different people within their departments, we decided to resign as the service is the worst we've ever experienced. If I had a carer it would have been a female for reasons I don't want to mention. The carer would have given me what I required which would have been most of the care would have been given to me like she would a baby and the rest as the adult.
