Got my temper bed and mattress and just love it made my life better as I can get a little comfort

This company has been very efficient. The only drawback is that it takes longer for delivery when requesting an engineer to assemble the chair. The men who came were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I am sorry about delay in replying but I am in hospital having just had my hip replaced and was not in any fit state to reply. I was absolutely delighted with my lift. From the first moment when Bradley came to discuss and measure he has gone out of his way to help me. I had a flood during this process and he made telephone calls and did so many extra things which made my life so much easier. I spent more than I intended, but I think I made a good decision. There are small niggly problems which will have to be adjusted to as I use the chair. Potential pressure sore problems but with small modifications to my seating that can be minimised.

Be wary of Sales Reps/Surveyors. Ask detailed questions and don't be fobbed of by pressure to purchase. Make absolutely sure the stairlift is being made for your disability and not just a sales technique.

Operating switches on handles small for someone who has difficulty gripping items

4 days with the new Arc from Harveys the installed pipework snapped and caused a flood in the kitchen. Harveys would not send an engineer out for at least 3 weeks potentially leaving us with no water in the house. After 2 weeks of absolutely appalling service and being pushed around different people within their departments, we decided to resign as the service is the worst we've ever experienced.
