Took way too long to get lift installed. Three months after ordered. Scheduling was poor. More installers needed. But our installer (Donny) did a great job. Just took too long to get him.

Expensive, but could do with a monthly payment plan as not everyone can afford to pay in full especially people on benefit. I think that they are very good at what they have to offer and you can always have more things added on if you need. However a payment plan is much better suited to those who are in receipt of benefits s everyone needs to be treated the same as I feel this is bias on whether you can pay in full or not, as not everyone can work.

When my old softener packed up i called in Basingstoke water softeners the engineer came looked at the old one and told me the old softener was well past its sell by date he then gave me a choice of 3 different softeners he explained how they worked and time to decide, when it came to fitting he done an excellent job very fast and clean

Prime Stairlifts have a serious communications problem.Once the initial installation was completed,I had a snag list,which took a long time to remedy.I had 5 mobile telephone numbers and names,and not all responded adequately.It took 10 days to remedy the snags and if I had not contacted them,I think I would still be waiting.The snags,I must say,were sorted,to my satisfaction,but they MUST get their office sorted,they were all working from home I think.Having said all this,great product and a gr
