Sadly my mam passed away so had to cancel but Stannah were very understanding and waved all costs to me and also gave back my deposit , and would not hesitate to use them again if a stairlift was needed, so no score for bottom three
We moved to Wiltshire where the water is very very hard, and the first job we had done in our property was to have a Harveys water softener installed
In fact have recently order another two riser recliner chairs from them
Fitted in difficult location but adapted to meet my needs. Back-up service exceeded expectations
I have been very impressed with the high quality of care which we have received through Elder. Having received our profile they gave me a choice of Carer with details of their qualifications and a short video of the Carer answering questions about themselves and their interests and hobbies. Elder’s charges are higher than some company’s and the additional charges for food and driving. Make it substantially higher but the quality of service and Carer is very good.
