Supply and fitting was the day after placing the order and was excellent. However, the lid on a new Harvey's Water Softener is now 'computerised' and failed to operate when registered on installation. 2 weeks later I had heard nothing from Harveys so I called them and performed a very simple factory reset over the phone and it worked perfectly. Excellent service from start to finish,staff were polite and respectful of parents wishes. The stairlift has given my parents some quality of life back and they use the stair lift everyday,both for themselves and even moving the washing upstairs so they don't have to carry it,thank you.

The stairlift was judged by their own Engineer day after installation to be not fit for purpose, unsafe,unacceptable and not to be used without supervision..

This is a small personalised family business and you can tell! Things ran smoothly from day 1 with Sarah and Andrew. No complaints at all.

Carers were selected by the provider randomly and we did not have any who could become regular which was the cause of concern.

Product is very good.It was advertised as "September Special" with £100 reduction.As soon as September ended it was replaced wither another "Special" prce of £100 off recomended price. I FELT A BIT CONNED

Sadly my mam passed away so had to cancel but Stannah were very understanding and waved all costs to me and also gave back my deposit , and would not hesitate to use them again if a stairlift was needed, so no score for bottom three
