Wrong parts sent first time confusion over over order

I'm not a fan of BWT. We've had their kit for the past 30 years and I dread the day the replacement filter arrives (every 1/4) because its so hard to replace it in the cylinder. Last time we had to call their service department (3 miles away in High Wycombe) when them the timer clock went wrong. Their service department had us waiting 3 weeks for the engineer to call. I only hope that BWT enjoy some success sponsoring their Formula One team with our money.

Very clean and tidy instillation also informative on how to operate.

Great service from all those we spoke to/met especially Nat and Jason. Thanks all. We had the softener installed as an issue with toilets requiring replacement parts after less than 2 years old. Wow .. what a difference it makes. Wish we’d had one years ago. The bath water is amazing and even washing your hands is a huge difference. Laundry smells amazing and my kettle looks brand new. Would not be without it now.

The quote requested 'controls on the left or right' but lift was supplied with controls on incorrect side. The installer spent 30 minutes changing the controls to the other side (this was an unnecessary cost) which the installer claims is normal. Still not received warranty documents 6 weeks after install. Extended warranty documentation not adequate. Simple self fix only verbal explained by call out engineer.
