A home demonstration which was friendly and informative but without a pressurised sales pitch was important to me. A chance to try a sample bed and mattress was also important and it was really good to have a good selection of fabrics to choose from.
Timescales were also a factor, plus impressed that the salesman returned to complete the paperwork once I had made a decision, rather than just leave it to a phone conversation with the office at that stage.

Had to asked delivery man to put masked on in spite of it being written on his instruction sheet , this was not acceptable,
Bought a reconditioned stairlift. Has helped me greatly. I still walk down the stairs slowly, but use the stairlift to go back up. Was starting to stay upstairs in my small bedroom and started losing my strength and mobility as I struggle coming up the stairs. Since having my stairlift fitted I go downstairs more often and get more exercise
Couldnt fault their excellent service
Too firm to spend any amount of time in comfort and had to return within days. Should have chosen a more expensive model
Sorry but haven't had to buy one now. Maybe another year?
Have not bought a bed as yet
This company grossly overcharges for the services that they provide. The live-in carers generally have been good but the overall service they provide for the money they get is atrocious.
