Company very happy to take money and promise stairlift could be fitted. Assured us they would not have to drill into floor or move radiators. Engineer comes to fit it and tells us they’ve sent the wrong parts. After multiple calls to company (kept being promised call backs which never came) eventually got to speak to someone who told me the original sales person was incorrect and they would have to drill into floor, I agreed for this to be done. I could have wished that the salesman who visited had pointed out that I would have had better value for money, had I bought the chair with the therapy pad fitted in it. The separate pad doesn’t fit in the chair.
The stairlift was fitted and up and running within a very short period of time. Our whole experience with Acorn from initial visit to final installation was exellent. We have not had occasion to speak with Customer Services as we have not had any problems and are more than delighted with the stairlift.

I am so thankful I got my stair lift. It has helped me to stay in my home but even more than important it is helping my joints. I am not in as much discomfort because the stair lift is protecting my joints.
I’d been thinking about live-in care for my parents for a while but when it became urgent, I phoned the Live-in Care Company on Saturday and by Tuesday we had an excellent carer in place. My parents weren’t immediately convinced but she soon won them over. She is competent, attentive and caring and I finally have peace of mind knowing they are safe and well-looked after. Choosing a company was hard with so many available, but I’m really satisfied with our choice.

good survey only think the top over run could have been a little longer. fitting was very good. a little noise over section joints . just wish i could turn off the peeping so i don't disturb the rest of the house at night .
Ist class service from buying bed to delivery. Well done. Quite unusual in these days.
