Seven weeks to attend to failed softener !
Living over 15000 miles away from my sister, and unable to travel to her as I was prevented with COVID restrictions, the solution to my sisters health problems was a live in carer. It was a huge responsibility to select the right person. My sister has been independent, well travelled with a sense of humour. Now she was paralysed , alone, with only weeks to live.
An Angel came into our lives in the form of a carer. She was professional, passionate, caring and responsible.

No answer via telephone, no feedback via complaint thro’ emails, no technical response!!!!
The goods were delivered at the beginning of November but the install was not carried out until December. Its a shame that the install could not be sooner. Very happy with the team who carried out the installation though, so good job.
