I've had a water softener for 20 years and guess I`ve have had my moneys worth out of it so have now had it replaced by a more update Kinetico Premier Compact model, This was supplied by Brian Clarke & Son of Lower Hardres, Canterbury All I can say is that there instalation service was first class and I would recommend them to anyone.Michael Baldery.
survey was poor, time taken to fit slow. Had to wait for a part which should have been ordered if the survey was done properly

There were a few issues beyond their control, the Prime office team kept me informed and tried hard to resolve them. I would definitely recommend them.
For me adjustamatic salesman was very rude and i would never do business with them even if they were giving the bed away.
