Fitters were fantastic. Bery kind and helpful

Can’t score on something which did not take place.

Very helpful in choosing correct stairlift for our needs and not trying to add extras not needed. My wife couldn't leave hospital until lift was installed and this company fitted ours 4 days after ordering. The fitters were very organised also very professional in there installation, what a great company.

More than matched hopes of service. All done and fitted within four days.

Terrible company, was with them for 4 years, moved home recently, they came out to disconnect (but took ages despite being notified weeks in advance of my plan to move and only after I insisted that they do this before I physically moved out). Disconnection was a rushed/botched job - left a pipe connection leaking which caused damage to the property - took my paid for filter tap out and although had a replacement tap to fit in it's place, couldn't be bothered to do this properly, leaving me with

having bought a cheaper riser& recliner that did not meet our expectations we decided to invest in a chair that was fitted to my husband exactly. I was so impressed with the quality i ordered one for my self best purchase we have ever made MRS E P James
