Thee engineer who fitted the stair lift was very friendly,worked constantly,fully explained the lift and checked we fully understood everything before departing. I couldn’t praise him highly enough.

A small person uses this chair. It is adequate for purpose. She is not left unattended. It could tilt if a heavy person used it. It would not fit a tallish person. In our case the operation of the chair is done by others. The mechanism is a button for recline, and one for the reverse, stopping it at any desired position. It has a slow, smooth transition It is wonderfully squashy. It was the only chair I found ‘off the peg’ which could be with me quickly to welcome my mother out of hip surgery

Excellent company with a great understanding of customer needs. I was attracted by their range of modern designs. Can only give 'very good' for Met your Expectation as the chair is in the making & not yet delivered. I'm sure I'll enjoy the style & comfort & predict an 'Excellent' here too.

Initial set up appointment scheduled quite quickly however installation was of not to the standard of £250 charges as need to ask Installation Engineer to get this done properly as he messed up our Existing pipe set up, another issue was no WiFi App set up worked on Day 1 as softener device flap for broken and We are yet to receive new flap and call from Tech support to complete our App set up, it’s very poor customer service don’t see a point of buying latest model where delivered device was fa
