Stairlift was never used due to my wife dying. Companion do not buy back the stairlifts and nobody else wants them. Had to fight very hard to get them to come and remove the lift even though their website said they did. If you ever want to remove and sell the stairlift avoid this company at all costs

Phoned one day evening, Next day Rep called surveyed, measured, Priced, the following DAY Stairlift fitted YOU can not ask for better than that. Any mess made was all cleaned up all packageing all taken away. All I had to do was sit on the seat press the switch, I was on my way. A GOOD COMPANY WELL DONE>
