I was very pleased with the whole experience, today I recommended my sister's neaghbour.
This water softerer was easy to install, but failed to regenerate and is now on its way back for a replacement. The companies initial response was that I should dismantle the valve block to check for a possible fault! Not impressed.

Wish the foot riser would rise a bit more as your feet are hanging down too much .

The quality of after-sale service needs much to be desired
Of three major suppliers Acorn was only one able to fit stairlift within a week. It is not as smooth or quick as expected but does the job.
