first class service from start start to finish.
We didn't choose a provider - because we wanted to replace a staircase with a lift - but none of the information explains that you MUST have a staircase as well as a lift - so the whole experience was a complete waste of time!
Kept us updated on the fitting of our alarm. The young man who fitted the alarm and asked where we wanted the sensors and was very tidy while working. I cannot recommend this company enough excellent job thank you. ??

Due to very sad exceptional disastrous circumstances the lift was never fitted. After giving them a full explanation, they were very gracious in there understanding of the situation. I cannot thank them enough and wish them the very best for the future
I look forward to having the lift installed from 18 th February or sooner if possible.

The faults and problems with a particular part on the stairlifts you are having with the manufacturer, should have been explained to the potential purchaser. not tell them about the faults they experience after being fitted and paid for.
