Everyone we dealt with was good and professional. The stairlift is really neat and is easy to use
Everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately was taken back into hospital a few days later so now i'm home again looking forward to using it.
Would like the lift to:
- Move a little faster
- Have a switch that does not require holding down to move either up or down
Both companies came on time to give an estimate and the sales person were very professional
Andy was very professional in quoting and fitting the system.

We purchased a factory reconditioned Acorn 180 stairlift from Direct Stairlifts Derby. I contacted the company on 29/12/21 the lady in the office was very helpful, Chris came the next day to measure the staircase and the other Chris fitted the stairlift on 4/1/22. Although the staircase is a complex curve the lift was fitted in about 4 hrs without any mess and we are very pleased with a value for money product.
Unfortunately on Wednesday 9/2 after 5 weeks the stairlift failed showing an error
