Very polite and helpful rep came to assess our situation. In the event we did not need the reduction in the newel post at the top of the stairs, so that cost was deducted from the bill. Two VERY helpful installers arrived and having had it for 4 weeks we think it is great. Everyone associated with Stannah is an employee, so installation is not being off-loaded to a sub contractor. We paid for an extra 3 years guarantee, which we think is sensible. Hopefully this will see us out.

The chair I would like has been out of stock back soon for nearly 2 months and they keep sending me emails with ‘your offer is expiring’ etc.
