So far, so good. Still early days as we hae only used Home Instead for just over 2 weeks now.
For the quality of build and clean track which needs no lubrication this cannot be bettered. The person using our lift is not very tall so the only improvement I can think of is a lower seat height.

The man who fitted the stair lift .was very nice and done a great job we are made up with the stair lift .thank you .
Up to the point of installation of the water filter tap the service was reasonably good however since using the water filter we have found that the kettle is showing limescale. I have contacted Harvey customer service by phone and have been told someone will get back to me as I have made numerous calls however no one has come back to me with acknowledgement of my complaint. At the point of ordering the water filter I was told that there would be no limescale in the kettle.
